Saturday morning things to know:
1. Come dressed to run, including lightweight clothing and shoes.
2. Bring water. I would even freeze a bottle of water and bring it to drink after your run.
3. This season is going to be awesome, so bring a postive attitude and extreme excitement.
4. We will be finished between 11-11:15 a.m.
5. Practices after Saturday will be at 6 p.m. M-F at Four Locks.
See you Saturday at 9:30 a.m. IF you do not know how to get to Four Locks, meet Coach Jaime at CSHS at 9:00 a.m. and you can follow her down.
